Our personal training options are flexible and cater for the individual.

we offer:

 

bespoke one on one training

Sessions are with a qualified personal trainer. No session is alike. We structure each session according to your discovery chat, We then re assess every 6 weeks to create progression and further body goals.  Our support is never ending and always guided by your goals. 

Sessions run for 30 minutes duration or 45 minutes.

 

semi private group training:

Small groups means we offer attention to detail in a dynamic and motivating setting. Our sessions are varied and never the same. We combine stregth light hit training with stretching and most importantly poistive support.

sessions run for 45 minutes.

 

First timer: 

New to fitness? then this is the pack for you. We offer a five session one on one pack to support your with your physical and life long goals.
